A REVIEW: The Greenhouse at Driftwood

If there is any inkling, curiosity, or serendipitous attraction to this venue, I highly recommend scheduling - just a chance to meet Dave, Harper and Dominique. It will not matter if you are a.) a vendor who is already partnered with another venue b.) already married c.) I can't think of any other reason why you wouldn't.

The point is: the venue, the people in its community and the environment will restore your faith in humanity, yourself, nature, and love. It is a perfect setting for a wedding, a vow renewal, birthday party, rehearsal dinner, photo shoot, heck, a destination to take your shoes off and witness for a moment.

My husband and I debated between three venues and after visiting the Greenhouse, it was done. No more consideration. Wedding venue game over. It was the unique and reserved setting. It was the privacy of the venue and most importantly, it was Dave and Harper that instilled a sense of care, trust and tenderness that we knew we were in excellent hands. Dave, Harper and Dominique are extraordinary people, the kind of people who you want to be friends with, the wholesome people who have an intentionality to their lives that make you examine your own in a way that inspires you. They offer respect, reprieve and I can guarantee, every member of your event will walk away commenting at how amazing their experience was, how genuine and hospitable the venue owners and managers are, and it was a place that felt like a dream.

My only advice is to not tread lightly or take it for granted. It is special. For the greenhouse itself, the plants and small creatures it houses, the people who take such great care of it and the events it hosts and have hosted, love and admire it dearly.
